Kretzschy's Smokey BBQ started with a father and son in Huron County, Michigan, and a shared dream: to cook great BBQ not just for festivals, but for people every single day. That dream is still very much alive.

It began at festivals — a smoker, a pop-up, and crowds who kept lining up for more. That response gave the family the push they needed to open full-time.
